The basic steps for an intend to work is really simple:

• we schedule a 1-hour-long Google Meet

• we talk

• and then, we send you a proposal

The proposal will in 2 formats:

1. Well-defined-scope project

   • need to describe tasks in detailed manner

   • usually one task(big) per project

   • agreement at the end

2. Packages of 20h of work

   • more agile

   • many tasks per package

   • no need to describe the tasks in details

   • at the end of the package, decide if want to get more or finish
